KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Showing up without fail: Work hours are 7.00 am – 9:00 am daily (2 hours per day), possibly more hours based on your skills
2. Daily housekeeping duties, including:
   1. Pet care (cats)
   2. Plant care
   3. Laundry
   4. Some meal prep
   5. General cleaning
3. Assist a fast-paced, detail-oriented, successful female CEO (with high standards)  of a luxury aesthetic practice with a wide variety of tasks in both her home and office
4. Half of your daily task list is recurring and highly structured. The other half are tasks that come up as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. 2+ years of experience as a professional housekeeper in a luxury home and/or office
2. 5+ years of total work experience
3. Someone seeking a long-term part-time job. This is not gig work
4. Must love and take pride in cleaning and organizing.
5. Ability to follow and complete checklists.
6. Ability to manage your time
7. Extremely organized.
8. Must have strong attention to detail.
9. Must live within a 20-minute drive to Westwood/Century City
10. Stable work history with references
11. Fluent in English (spoken and written).
12. 100% Reliable. If you can’t be reliable, this job isn’t for you.
13. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
14. Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot equipment  using AI
15. Ability to work independently once trained on recurring tasks
16. Must be able to pass a background and drug test
17. Mentally stable, emotionally mature, and does not get overwhelmed easily in order to manage a fast-paced environment and a detailed task list
18. Ability to keep track of multiple tasks.
19. Must have references.
20. Must have a good memory.
21. Must have great people skills.
22. Must be able to move fast, speak fast, and think fast to keep up with a busy schedule.
23. A professional and polished appearance.
