Housekeeper

Do you love structure, have strong attention to detail, and are organized?   Do you consider yourself adept at working independently? Would people describe you as serious about your work and highly reliable? This is a long-term position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Showing up without fail: Work hours are 7.30 am – 10:30 am daily
  2. Daily housekeeping duties, including plant care. Laundry and general cleaning
  3. Assist a fast-paced, detail-oriented, successful female CEO of a luxury aesthetic practice in a wide variety of tasks in both her home and office
  4. Half of your daily task list is recurring and highly structured. The other half are tasks that come up as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. 2+ years of work experience – This is not an entry-level job.
  2. Stable work history.
  3. Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  4. 100% Reliable. If you can’t be reliable, this job isn’t for you.
  5. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  6. Tech-savvy and proficient in using a wide variety of software and hardware. Ability to troubleshoot and proficiency in using AI
  7. Ability to work independently once trained on recurring tasks
  8. Ability to follow and complete checklists.
  9. Experience as a professional housekeeper.
  10. Must be able to pass a background and drug test
  11. Mentally stable, emotionally mature, and does not get overwhelmed easily in order to manage a fast-paced environment and a detailed task list
  12. Ability to keep track of multiple tasks
