MARKETING MANAGER 

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for LEAD GENERATION, developing and executing marketing strategies to support business growth. You will oversee all aspects of marketing, including market research, campaign management, digital marketing, and brand positioning. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership skills will be essential in achieving our marketing objectives and enhancing our market presence.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: Develop lead generation strategies and programs to expand the customer base.
  2. Managing, creating, and optimizing Google Advertising
  3. Managing social media
  4. Managing advertising on social media.
  5. Graphic design – before and after photo layouts, etc.
  6. Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency and develop brand positioning strategies. Manage brand guidelines, messaging, and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels.
  7. Website Development: Optimize our WordPress Website.
  8. Content Development: Create compelling and engaging content for marketing collateral, website, blogs, social media, and other channels. Ensure content is on-brand, relevant, and optimized for search engines.
  9. Marketing Analytics: Track, measure, and analyze marketing campaign performance using relevant metrics and tools. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  10. Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure optimal allocation of resources. Monitor expenses, negotiate contracts with vendors, and seek cost-effective marketing solutions.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  3. In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
  4. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics tools.
  5. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
  6. Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software.
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  8. An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  9. Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  10. Strong leadership and team management skills.
