Monday-Friday 4 hours per day
Assistant to CEO and general clinic assistant
Hours: 8 am – 12 pm each day potential to grow into more hours based on skills
JOB DUTIES INCLUDES:
- 50% of this job is cleaning
- Sanitizing equipment
- Scanning documents and other simple computer tasks
- Organizing inventory
- Able to follow a checklist on a calendar with very little management once training on how to do each task
* Must speak English – Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Must live within a 30-minute drive to Beverly Hills
* Strong work ethic, honest, truthful
* 100% reliable
* Basic Computer skills
* Detailed oriented. Extremely focused, meticulously organized, and systems-oriented. Takes pride in fully completing work flawlessly.
* Works fast and thrives in a fast-paced and busy work environment.
* Excellent with people, warm, friendly, outgoing.
* Must own a car, insurance, and a California driver’s License.
* A history of stable background.
* Responsible, reliable, punctual, flexible, honest, focused, detailed, organized, able to follow directions and systems, responsible, professional.
* Have at least 3 excellent professionals, verifiable references
* Willing to do a background check
HOW TO APPLY
COMPENSATION: $20-$25 per hour based on skills and experience.
