MicroArt is fast growing a cosmetic/medical practice in Beverly Hills. For more information see We are looking for a dynamic, driven sales leader to close warm leads and expand our business development. The company is established, has a significant online presence, and had been growing an average of 30% per year for the past 14 years. The company also has an established sales funnel and tested sales protocol for closing. Half of our sales are from new patients and the other half are from returning.

MicroArt is increasing its capacity by 4X over the next 2 years. Therefore this position offers significant growth with uncapped commissions. Procedure prices are between $1200-$70K. This position is expected to grow sales from $1M+ to $4M in the next 2 years.


  • Closing warm sales leads
  • Patient consultations over the phone/email and scheduling clients. (50+ phone calls + emails per day)
  • Closing $100-$200K+ per month in sales from hot web leads
  • Relationship-building with over 1,000 existing clients, via phone, email, and in person.


  • 5+ years of stable employment history in sales in the cosmetic/medical industries ie plastic surgery sales.
  • Phone sales using a CRM (most of our sales are NOT in person)
  • B-C sales


  • Strong sales closing skills.
  • Able to follow systems, likes working in a structured environment likes following a checklist.
  • Able to follow directions in order to get up to speed and then become a self-starter that works well independently to achieve goals.
  • Excellent with people, warm, friendly, outgoing, and self-confident
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Empathetic must have the ability to have personal conversations with our clients about sensitive issues regarding body image. For example scars from suicide attempts, mastectomy, plastic surgery, vitiligo on genitals, alopecia, and a variety of other disfiguring skin issues that we camouflage.
  • Excellent active listening skills. to be able to listen to our client’s endless physical problems while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Solid computer skills using MS Office, CRM, and email marketing software.
  • Strong work ethic, responsible, trustworthy, and professional
  • Poised and sophisticated in order to sell a luxury service.
  • Detail-oriented to be able to give clear and accurate information to clients about MicroArt’s unique procedures.
  • Meticulously organized to be able to schedule clients with 100% accuracy
  • Motivated and goal-oriented
  • Team player, easy to work with, cool-headed, and likes working in a busy fast-paced environment
