Established luxury cosmetic/medical practice in Beverly Hills is looking for a dynamic person to join our team. MicroArt’s clients travel from around the US to receive our unique cosmetic treatments. MicroArt is a fast-growing company, doubling in size during the pandemic. We cannot keep up with the incoming warm leads our marketing generates.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, sales-driven leader to generate revenue by closing incoming leads from our existing marketing — as well as improve and grow our marketing programs. This role offers significant career growth and unlimited income opportunities.


  • Managing incoming sales (phone and email) leads from our website. 20% of the job is doing patient consultations (sales) over the phone and scheduling clients. 50+ phone calls per day
  • Relationship-building with over 1,000 clients, via phone, email, and in person. The successful candidate will be compensated on repeat (internal) sales and (primarily) new business
  • Manage digital marketing including SEM and eMarketing
  • Biz development

  • 5+ years of stable employment history in sales and marketing
  • 3+ years exp using CRM (ZOHO preferred, not required)
  • Phone sales experience (most of our sales are NOT in person)
  • Consumer sales experience
  • Experience in some aspect of the cosmetic and or medical sales industries, such as plastic surgery, dermatology, med spa, cosmetology, fashion, or beauty

  • Excellent with people, warm, friendly, outgoing, and self-confident

Base salary $4,000 – $6,000/month with unlimited commissions targeting 3-5x base by Year Two
